Coycoe for Classes · Compare
Studio Pro charges a flat subscription — and then 1.35% of every transaction run through your own processor. The better your studio does, the more that skim takes. Coycoe for Classes is a flat subscription, full stop: your tuition runs through your own Stripe, straight to your bank, and Coycoe’s percentage is zero, forever.

A percentage fee is easy to wave past at signup because it sounds small. Run it against real tuition:
With Coycoe for Classes the same schools pay $828 or $1,188 a year in total subscription — and $0 in percentage, whether they collect $5,000 a month or $50,000.
Studio Pro’s flat tiers are genuinely simple, its entry price is lower than ours, and for a small studio that collects little by card, the 1.35% may cost less than the subscription difference. Do the arithmetic on your own monthly volume — if you run more than roughly $1,500–$3,000 a month through cards, the percentage usually outweighs the sticker gap. (And if failed payments are part of your picture, check what they cost you in the tuition leak calculator — that leak is usually bigger than either subscription.)
Costume fees, registration fees, and one-off charges sit on the family account as clean, labeled flat charges — reported by category.
Retries, card-update prompts, and escalating reminders recover roughly six in ten failed payments, automatically.
Students and classes imported; cards on file re-collected through a secure link to families. Full data export guaranteed in writing.
