Coycoe for Classes · Gymnastics
A gym isn’t one kind of class. It’s rec levels filling by the term, a pre-team pipeline, team families on a different rhythm, open gym on Friday night, and camps all summer. Coycoe for Classes handles every one of those shapes in one system — enrollment, scheduling, and tuition fused together.
Recreational levels 1–4 with progression on the student record. When a gymnast is ready to advance, you see it — and the move to the next class (and its tuition) happens on the same record.
The pathway from rec to pre-team to team is a promotion, not a re-enrollment. History, waivers, and the family’s card on file all carry across.
Popular time slots cap at capacity and stay there. The waitlist offers the open spot to the next family with a 48-hour hold, so the 4:30 class doesn’t become a phone-tag tournament.
Drop-ins pay by pass, cash, or card. Passes are family-owned and burn earliest-expiring first; balances show in the parent portal so nobody argues at the counter.
Member and non-member rates, flat deposits that beat percentages, balances folded into the next invoice. Campers get a registration — they are never forced into an enrollment.
An injury or a heavy meet-season travel schedule shouldn’t mean a cancelled account. Freeze the enrollment and tuition pauses; unfreeze and everything resumes where it left off.
Gymnastics families pay for years — which makes your database grow a long tail of inactive records. Coycoe charges by active enrollments only, so the hundreds of kids who’ve cycled through your rec program don’t raise your bill. (That’s the opposite of how Jackrabbit counts.)
Sibling discounts apply across a family automatically, mid-term joins are prorated, and pro-shop retail — grips, leotards, team gear — posts as labeled charges on the family account. When a card fails, the dunning ladder retries and reminds before your front desk ever hears about it; the average school leaks about $13.9k a year without one.
Parents get a portal and mobile app — schedules, balances, progression, card updates — included in the subscription, not sold as an add-on.
Up to 150 active students. Every feature included.
151+ active students — the top tier, uncapped. Tuition runs through your own Stripe, straight to your bank; Coycoe takes no percentage, ever.
Switching from another system? Students and classes import over, and cards on file are re-collected through a secure link families actually complete — see how migration works. Optional website add-on: $50 setup + $19/mo, on your own domain.
Other school types: martial arts · dance · music
