Coycoe for Repair · All Repair Trades
Electronics benches, appliance counters, computer repair — different devices, same daily problems. Coycoe for Repair runs the ticket and the money on it for any shop where a customer's property sits in your care.
A device comes in. Someone writes down what it is and what's wrong with it. It waits — for diagnosis, for a part, for an approval. Work happens. Money changes hands in pieces: a deposit here, a balance there, occasionally a refund. The customer wants to know how it's going. Eventually they collect it — or they don't.
Most software handles the middle of that story and leaves the ends to paper, memory, and a separate card terminal. Coycoe for Repair covers the whole arc, because the ends are where shops lose money and arguments.
Serial number or IMEI, condition photos, the reported fault, and a claim check — whether it's a laptop, a washer control board, or a game console.
Estimates go out as a link and come back approved or declined, on the record. Nobody orders a part on a verbal “yeah, go ahead” that gets remembered differently later.
Vendors, purchase orders, receiving, and barcode labels — with stock reserved to the ticket that needs it, so a part can't silently walk onto another job.
Deposits, partial payments, split payments, and refunds all live on the ticket and run through your shop's own Stripe account — money straight to your bank, with Coycoe taking no percentage, ever. Counter sales ring up in the same till, so the day's money is one number, not three systems argued into agreement. Roles keep the till honest: staff see what their job needs, owners see everything, and reporting shows the shop as it actually is.
The repair is done; the customer is in no hurry. A storage-days clock starts at completion, reminders go out as it runs, and your shelf stops being free warehousing. Every finished-and-forgotten device is visible, with its day count, on one list.
Some devices are never collected. Coycoe for Repair includes an abandoned-device flow: the notifications, the waiting, and the record of every attempt to reach the owner, kept with the ticket — so when you dispose of a device, the paper trail disposes of the argument too.
When a device comes back, its history comes with it: every prior ticket, the parts fitted, the payments taken, the warranty and RMA trail. A computer shop sees the board swap from last spring; an appliance counter sees the same unit's third visit. The answer to “didn't you just fix this?” is a screen, not a dig through a filing cabinet — and a customer status page with automatic notifications keeps the questions that do arrive to the ones that matter.
It all runs at $79/mo flat per location, with a full one-click data export any time. For phone-first shops, see phone repair shop software; for the full picture, the Coycoe for Repair overview.
