Coycoe for Repair · Phone & Electronics
A phone shop lives on speed and proof: IMEI intake in under a minute, condition photos before the device leaves the counter, deposits handled on the ticket — and a status page that answers customers before they call.
The ticket opens with the device's identity — IMEI or serial, model, and the reported fault — captured in under 60 seconds, with a claim check for the customer.
Cracks, bends, and prior damage photographed as part of intake and stored on the ticket. When a customer says “it wasn't like that,” the record — not memory — answers.
Ordering a costly screen or board? Take the deposit right on the ticket, apply partial and split payments as the job moves, and refund through the same record if plans change — all via your own Stripe.
Every device goes onto one bench board with aging warnings, so the phone that's been waiting on a part for six days is visible before the customer asks about it. Parts are reserved to the ticket — vendors, purchase orders, receiving, and barcode labels keep the right screen attached to the right job.
Estimates go out as a link the customer approves from their own phone, so the approval is settled before the part is ordered. And because warranty and RMA work ties back to the device's history, a phone that comes back shows its prior repairs the moment you pull it up by IMEI.
Customers follow their repair on a live status page, with automatic notifications as it moves — checked in, in progress, ready. The “is it ready yet?” calls are the ones that quietly disappear.
Finished devices start a storage-days clock at pickup time, with reminders as it runs — and an abandoned-device flow for the phones nobody comes back for. A review request goes out at pickup, while the fix is fresh.
Coycoe for Repair runs your shop — tickets, parts, payments, and follow-up. What it doesn't do is carrier work: no carrier activations and no carrier-account tooling. That's your carrier relationship, and we won't pretend a repair system replaces it. Everything on your side of the counter, we cover.
$79/mo flat per location — no per-seat or per-ticket fees, every feature included, and payments through your own Stripe with no percentage taken by Coycoe, ever. Switching in from RepairShopr, RepairDesk, or Square starts with a dry-run import and a 14-day rollback; see the Switch Kit or the full Coycoe for Repair overview.
