Coycoe for Repair · Switch Kit
The Switch Kit is a free pre-signup check: run your shop's export through the Coycoe importer and get a data-check report on your customers and open tickets — plus a preview of your bench board, populated with your real work.
Every shop owner who's switched software has the same scar tissue: the demo looked great, the import was “easy,” and Monday morning arrived with scrambled customers, orphaned tickets, and a bench board full of strangers' data formats. The problem was never the import button — it was that nobody showed you the result before it counted.
The Switch Kit inverts the order. Proof first, decision second.
Pull an export from RepairShopr, RepairDesk, or Square — or bring a plain CSV. The importers are self-serve and built for each source's real format.
The importer runs as a dry run and reports back on your own data: your customers, your open tickets — here's how cleanly it maps, what needs a decision, and what doesn't carry over. Nothing is imported yet.
See your actual open tickets sitting on the Coycoe bench board — aging warnings and all — so “switching systems” becomes “recognizing your own shop in a better layout.”
If the report looks right, switch — and keep a 14-day rollback in your pocket. If it doesn't, you've lost nothing but an export's worth of time. Done-for-you migration is available for paying customers who'd rather hand it over.
The same importer and the same dry-run discipline power every switch into Coycoe for Repair — the Switch Kit just lets you run it before you're a customer, on the data that matters: yours.
Coycoe for Repair is $79/mo flat per location — no per-seat or per-ticket fees — with payments through your own Stripe (no percentage to Coycoe, ever) and a full one-click export if you ever leave. The Switch Kit is free because a shop that has seen its own data land cleanly doesn't need to be sold. Coming from a specific system? Read the RepairShopr alternative or RepairDesk alternative pages.
